While it may have some limitations compared to higher-tier plans, it’s a great choice for those on a tight budget.
Do you have free trial for the paid plans?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial for all our plans. Do try out all the features without providing credit card details. It’s a great opportunity to explore the benefits and decide which plan fits you best.
When the free trial period expires, what will happen?
When the trial ends, you can either upgrade to a paid plan or continue enjoying our free forever STARTER plan.
What is WhatsApp Cloud API Conversation-Based Pricing?
Chateefy does not charge you directly for messages sent via WhatsApp Cloud API.
Starting from Feb. 1st, 2022, with the Official WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp Business Accounts are now subject to charges based on the conversation initiator, whether it is you as the business (business-initiated) or your customer (user-initiated).
This updated pricing structure includes free benefits such as Message Templates within the 24-hour messaging window and 1000 monthly conversations. You can find the latest price rates for each country here.
Please note that the information above applies to Chateefy’s usage of the WhatsApp Cloud API.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can. Just go to the Billing section to cancel the plan.
Do you offer refund or money-back guarantee?
Chateefy offers a 14-day free trial for all the plans, giving you full access to all the pro features. This allows you to thoroughly test the platform before making a subscription commitment.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.
That’s why we do offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, even if you have already subscribed.
Please note that the refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase, and it’s only valid for the 1st month of your subscription. And there will be a 10% transaction fee for the refunds.
We want to make the refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you.

What does "1 bot" in the paid plans refer to?
“1 bot” indicates that you can connect and manage 1 Facebook page, 1 WhatsApp number, 1 Instagram account, or any other supported channel. With Chateefy’s Omni-channel capability, you can utilize this 1 bot across multiple channels. This means you can build a single bot that is available on all 8 channels we currently support, including Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, WeChat, LINE, Viber, Google Business Messenger, and Telegram. Enjoy the flexibility of reaching your customers through various channels with just one bot.
What if I need more bots, members or contacts?
If you need more bots, each additional bot can be added for RM100 per month. For additional members, it is RM50 per month per member. If you require extra contact capacity, every additional 1000 contacts can be obtained for RM100 per month. This way, you can expand your capabilities according to your specific needs.
